Shaky Cheese
Ingredients
- ¾ C cashew pieces
- ¼ C nutritional yeast
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Equipment
- High-speed blender (e.g., Vitamix)
- Large cheese shaker or glass storage container with lid
Process
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until mixture is crumbly without any large pieces remaining. Be careful not to overmix!
- Transfer to cheese shaker.
- Store in refrigerator.
