Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ C rolled or old-fashioned oats (certified gluten-free, if necessary)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp bran (optional)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ C non-dairy yogurt
- ½ C non-dairy milk
Equipment
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Glass storage container with lid
Process
- Combine all ingredients in a 2-cup container that comes with a lid.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
