Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ C rolled or old-fashioned oats (certified gluten-free, if necessary)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp bran (optional)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ C non-dairy yogurt
  • ½ C non-dairy milk

Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Glass storage container with lid

Process

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-cup container that comes with a lid.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
